Oil change and rotate tires

I asked for a competitive bid on 4ea Cooper Discover AT3 XLT tires in Nov. 2020 and bid was honored 3 months later. Service was professional and prompt, will return in the future...

Multiple visits over several months. Grease on carpet. Items left loose in rear tool compartment.

I buy a lot of tires from this location and it is nice to be able to go in and see familiar faces, I recognize them and they recognize me. Tayson used to be at the front desk and has chosen to return to the shop but yet he still came out and greeted me, this kind of customer service goes above and beyond what's expected. In a world of self checkout and online shopping the "human experience" is something I value very much and enjoy interacting with all the staff.

I have been a BigO customer in Idaho Falls since 1995- I have never had a problem in the 23 years I have had my cars serviced with them. I have lived in North Idaho for past few years, and when I come to visit I still have them service my cars. Today I had a oil change on my 2007 Cadillac CTS - this car has 69000 miles on it and is in impeccable condition - when I picked up my car there was grease all over the drivers side door and my steering wheel - not only that but someone there ripped my weathering on my door; by accident I'm sure. All I asked was for them to take care of the mistake - $200 in damage. Jeff tried to tell me that it was wear and tear and it was not - there were two rips that were not there before I brought in my car -he accused me of trying to make money off him; my husband and I make a six figure income - this was about taking responsibility for what damage an employee did to my car. I lost time with my family dealing with the damage that was done and I was insulted by the Jeff; who eventually paid for the estimate to fix what was damaged to avoid small claims court (thank you) - I will not return to BigO because I don't deserve to be told I am lying when I have been a loyal customer for a long time.

Got me in as soon as I arrived without an appointment.

I came in to get my oil changed and rotate my tires, When I got there I was told that it would be about 45 minutes. After I had been there about an hour they came to me with an estimate for new tires, new air filters and a new battery. After I looked it over I went up front to talk to them about it. I told him that I could't get tires right then, and I don't usually buy a new battery when the old one is still working fine. I did have them change out the filters. Then I see that they are just taking my car in to change the oil. And it was another hour before I got out of there.

Ease of scheduling, once there the associate took care of paperwork and the vehicle had new tires installed in short order, the online reservation and tire selection system worked great, thanks Big O

I keep having wheel balance issues. I have to come in every thousand miles or so to get balance checked again and again and your shop is always so busy that it takes over an hour which is such an annoyance to have to do so regularly. I wish you guys could figure out how to balance these wheels

I have purchased Big O tires several times when living in Redding Ca. and after moving to Idaho Falls I purchased snow tires last winter. So I guess I am a good repeat customer. Because of this i received a coupon by email for 20% off ANY service. Because of this promotion I took my truck in to have the brakes checked. the brakes were fine but the only thing that may need attention was a brake fluid flush. I said lets do it and mentioned the promotion. I was told (after conferring with the manager) that they could not honor the promotion but could only give me a $20 discount. Even tho the difference between the promotion and the discount offered was only a little over $10 I declined the service and left unhappy thinking why offer a promotion and then not honor it. That is very bad for customer relations.

Very satisfied. Got new tires in less than two hours at a great price!

So first my fiance took his car in because of a nail in his tire. They didn't fix the leak, no they looked on the opposite side and said oh there was a bead there. So, we had to take it back a week later, and to have the snow tires changed to summer tires. That tire that he wanted looked at... still had the nail in it and was ruined. Then, they misplaced one of his very nice very expensive tires with a piece of crap one. He got home and realized their mistake. The tire was a completely agree brand as well as size. So he went back and told them. They could not find his tire! He was told that the tire that they gave him was in fact one they got the day before and marked "bad." It's been 3 WEEKS. They will not call us. We have to call them. They give us the run around and say oh we're working on it. He's had to give them his car information and what happened multiple times. Finally, today they called and tried to say he was lying. They said that they have cameras showing that the put all of his tires back in. But, yet he ended up with a different tire and one of the guys again, admitted it was a tire they already had. Then they said oh we found a tire that's similar and we're willing to pay for half of it. Excuse me? HALF OF IT? It was their freaking mistake and we're being told to pay for their mistake. That's absolutely unacceptable. Having them loose our expensive, brand new tire, them calling us liars, and then trying to get us to pay for their wrong doing; it's absolutely horrendous. We will not be going back there and we will be spreading the word about the terrible customer service. Just complete and utter incompetence. Such a freaking joke.

Big O has all of the professional equipment and technology but still maintains the small town feel. We actually purchased out tires online and brought them in to be installed. We have experienced issues of negative attitude and being charged more for having “outside brand” tires installed at other places. We are also VERY appreciative of the price Big O charges to install tires. It saves us money.

Set up a appointment day before for front struts and tires, made a plan with them. Parts were Not on hand waited double the time! And the plan wasn't executed! Missed a family holiday meal, then we were asked to wait another hour to complete what was to be a 2.5 hour job. Extremely dissatisfied. Would not ever recommend them

Fast friendly service

This was the worse experience of my life!!!! horrible customer service and the service itself!!!! I came here to buy snow tires and iron rims this past winter. I have a wrx and it was sitting low on the ground and I told them to be very careful getting it off the lift but they completely ignored what I said and when they were done installing the new wheels a staff member started randomly revving my cars engine and decides to launch my car out of the lift which caused the back bumper to hit and the tabs ripped. After witnessing this I started to complain and they told me they would fix it but how if the tabs ripped!!! all they did was put it back in place and added some sort of glue which wore off a week later. They started to act like it was my fault due to my car being so low which makes no sense after giving them specific instructions. I also asked for an Oil change and they did but they overfilled it and had to get it fixed somewhere else. I waited 6 hours for this bullshit

service members highly knowledgeable and very customer oriented, great customer waiting area - clean and comfortable, my vehicle was done in an hour with new tires, thanks for the ease of the appointment system

Slow!!!!! Don't know if I will go back. I don't have all day or sit there.

I walked in and told the guy that I needed my tires rotated. He asked if I could leave it. I did. He took my keys. An hour and a half later my car was done.
