Big O Tires

I had to buy 4 new tires because the 1 couldn't be repaired. I just bought the 4 tires about 9 months ago. I have an all wheel drive and apparently just 1 can't be replaced. Also, I guess the warranty doesn't cover needing new tires due to a nail in it?... Regardless I just decided to buy snow tires for now anyway. But they put the 4 tires that are no good back into my car. I told the guy at the counter that I don't know what to do with them because I can't use them. He just said "hum interesting"�. So now I have 4 tires in my car I don't know what to do with.

Friendly staff and very knowledgeable as well. Fast service with experienced technicians. Establishment was clean and comfortable

I have the filter that stays in and we wash it and treat it and put it back in so they didn't mention anything about that not sure if they cleaned it or what they did in my case

Was told it would take 30 min to fix a hole in a tire already removed from car. Took 2 hours.

I love the guys here, but service was slow today. Told me 1 car in the bay in front of me so about 30min wait, when I went in for lube and tire rotation and it was an hour and a half later when I left.

could not be happier with this location in Idaho Falls. Service reps were very knowledgeable and friendly, provided sound advice and just made the tire service experience a pleasure. Service techs paid attention to detail and took care of my vehicle like it was their own.

I think they are fabulous guys who are nice and do great work and I feel like they are always honest with me. I just wish a lube didn't take 45 min with an appointment.

Big O has been great for tires and service for many years. I thought I would give their oil change a try. I had one tire that had very low pressure. I assumed that they would catch it and top it off. When I got back to my vehicle, the tire was still low. None of the tire pressures had been altered. The service was fast and they did a good job on the oil change. But not much else seemed to have been done.

I was in and out in 33 minutes. In the past it has taken over an hour...great service!

Average: You guys do a great job and always have treated us right.I marked average only because the length of wait.It took 2 1/2 hours for a oil change and rotation of tires.

The store is fine, but I am unhappy with the tires I purchased. We bought four new tires and had them on the car for a couple of weeks when it developed a bad shimmy. The tires needed re-balancing and the shimmy is a lot less, but it's still there. I don't know if one or more tires is out of round or what the problem is but the car never had this problem with the last set of tires (which were the ones it came with when we bought it). I am disappointed because I have bought many sets of tires over the last 35-40 years from Big O and never had this problem. Very disappointed.

I have always purchased all my rims and tires for my vehicles at this Big-O-Tires location. They are helpful, friendly and do a wonderful job. I have always been very happy with the service. Keep up the good work!

My suburban has not been handling real well, I brought it in thinking there might be an alignment issue or perhaps just a prob with the tires being out of balance. I dropped it off and in about two hours later they have me a call and told me my car was ready to pick up. I had to ask the employee if they found anything abnormal he did not seem to really know. He reported after a few minutes that they did find multiple problems and that they could talk to me about it at the store. When I got to the store nobody really seemed to have an understanding as to what the problem was. I was then told I had some Problems with the ball joints and a tie rod. He was unable to give me a price as to what that would take to fix it. He told me he would give me an email the estimate. He then told me my bill for the day would be 60 some odd dollars. I asked him what the charges were for and he said it was for balancing the tires which were purchased at your store. He then took off the price of the balancing but told me it was $20 for the alignment check. However My understanding Who is that they could not do an alignment check because of the problems with the tire rod and ball joints. In Any event I payed the $20 but not sure how happy I was with the whole visit. I did get the estimate in an email which was extremely hard to understand, multiple things appear to be on the estimate more than once. The total was over $1000 for the job. I've always had good experiences there in the past. I have three vehicles all with your tires on them. So I consider myself a fairly loyal customer. This visit was not my favorite.

Minimal wait to check in, friendly and helpful staff, and they completed the work in about an hour, and called to let me know it was complete. My daughter and I picked the car up on our luck breaks.
