I started with new shocks and struts. I expected to have other things be needed. But based on what it would cost me to go buy and install myself. It was a very fair price. And now I am covered.

The staff is always very friendly and communicate very well on time, availability of products and providing a written quote.

I believe it was Jeff who was helping me, the store manager. There was a problem with my oil pan that apparently someone before had previously tried to fix without ever telling me about it. Jeff saw the issue, immediately contacted me about it to bring it to my attention. Then did everything he could to fix the issue. He got it fixed and didn't charge some ridiculous labor charges, just for the oil change. If you need a place for tires or service, this is the place to go. They're truthful and helpful and I won't be taking my car anywhere else to get service. Thanks for the outstanding service guys!!

Everything was fantastic, except for the cashier lady, we couldn't get a glimpse of a smile or that it wasn't us that she was feeling annoyed with. Anyway had to ask where our car was, and she snapped to the south of the building. (It wasn't there) and got someone else to help us. Everyone else was great!
