I have been a customer of Big O Tire for over 30 years. During this period of time I have purchased tires for cars, trucks, camp trailers and boat trailers and horse trailers. My experience with the Big O Tire Store on 17th Street in Idaho Falls has been by far the most positive experience I've had at any of their other outlets.

last week my son came from Texas to pick up a jeep that he purchased. The senors in the tires had gone bad and needed replacing. The Idaho falls Station, worked it in their busy schedule and took the tires off the rims and put in new sensors. They were fast and did a supper job. My son drove the jeep back to Houston the next day and had no problem at all. He said that he wished he had a station with this kind of service. Thank you! thank You! I know the dealer and he always treats me well. He has a couple of new guys who were not particularly friendly, but the tech who worked on my car was very thorough and explained things in detail.

Went in for a tire rotation and balance on non-Big O tires. It was done quickly and at no charge. Love it!

Dropped the vehicle off before hours. They called to ask whether I wanted black or white lettering out. They called to tell me vehicle was finished. However, when I asked if they had performed the alignment the answer was”No, but we’ll get it right in.” A bit frustrated that they did not take care of that before calling to tell me my vehicle was “ready for pick up.” In addition, they never called to tell me when the alignment was complete and the full job I paid for was then complete. That said, they are great to work with and I have him to them for years with multiple vehicles and will continue to do so as well as tel my friend and family to do same.

Had new tires put in my truck in less than an hour from selecting the tires to driving off the lot. Great professional service! Will be back for all of my tires with all of my vehicles.

The staff that I dealt with was knowledgeable and friendly and very helpful! The product that I wanted was in stock and I didn't even have to wait for an appointment. The only issue was I got tires with white lettering that I wanted on the outside and they were installed backwards, but it was quickly resolved! I always come to Big O for my tires and service! I will absolutely continue to do so! Everyone should! And if the opportunity arises, I will tell them so! 😁

I took a deflated tire to them for repair. They called me in about 45 minutes to let me know the tire was ready. To my surprise, noticing that I was a veteran, they did not charge me to repair the tire. I was very pleased with the personnel and their approach to serving me and other customers who were there while I was.
