I checked in quickly and my car was finished in record time while I waited. Quick and easy.

Tayson was a great help, very professional.

I dripped my car off for tires and brakes. During the process they called me multiple times to ask if I wanted to do rotors with the brakes among other things. They also called and asked if it is okay if the car can stay the night and told if it wasn't they would stay late and finish it that day.

I just went in for a tuner lug nut key. I had been all over town looking for one unsuccessfully until someone suggested Big O. I am glad they did because you had what I needed and I was in an out in less than 5 min.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and to get my tires rotated. They found my brakes were shot so they contacted me, explained the price etc. I also asked about refurbishing my headlight covers because I couldn’t see at night. Everything was done timely. I do need to come back for back brakes and I will schedule that.

Your guys have always been very friendly, they listen to the issue and give you good info to make decisions with. When I was there Saturday a new employee was being trained. I liked the way the experienced employee was working with him. I can't remember his name but he's been there a while. Good job in that.

I am a return customer and have been for several years. This store always meets or exceeds my expectations for great service, great value, and quality work. Richard was great to work with and accommodated the work I needed done exceptionally well, going above and beyond in many ways. They did get things done in timely matter I did have a rude saleman on the phone a couple of weeks ago when I shopping around on tire prices i've never had that happen with Big O I did not get his name though

My visit was a catastrophe, I was visiting a friend and I don't live anywhere close to Ammon and managed to get a nail in my front right snow tire. I thought maybe Walmart could fix it but no because the rubber on a snow tire is too soft... Anyway our Only scissor jack had crumpled after we managed to get the tire of so we called Big O (you guys) and begged them to fix the tire. We walked 20 minutes with the tire and made it 10 minutes before y'all closed shop. Now if I were in the service industry I would have hated me but no y'all treated my campatriots and I with utmost respect and showed off why we should bring our vehicles to Big O and not the incompetent buttholes at Walmart. I made it all the way home that night. I was lucky enough to not get stuck in IF. Thank you guys it may have been an easy fix but it meant the world.

The staff was was very informative and professional. They helped me find the right tires for my vehicle. Drop off and pickup for my vehicle was easy and yhey called me to let me know when it was ready
