My truck was taken care of immediately and took far less time than I anticipated.

Always a great value. Service was completed much faster than original time given. Great company.

Obtained the tires I requested and mounted and balancedin the time as stated. The only problem I found was that two of the tires were inflated to 46#'s instead of the required 33#'s.I am sure the tech just read the required pressure tag wrong as it requires the Spare tire to be inflated to 46#'s not the mounted tires. Over all an excellentjob.I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

I walked in with a screw in my tire and was told it was under warranty which is awesome when u know ur problem is as good as fixed. I had my one year old son and was a little nervous about his patience level during the wait. An associate came out with Legos and my son was fully entertained and I didn't have to worry. On top of that, they noticed that the tires needed rotating and took care of that as well. I was in and out and on my way and it was so painless even with a one year old. I've had bigger issues at the grocery store.

Cody was prompt and great at explaining everything. He was not high pressure but let me know that I will be needing tires soon.

I came in for a tire rotation and an oil change and everything was done very well.I feel like I can trust Big O with my second biggest investment (the first being my house, of course) for all its needs.

They found an issue that a previous big o location messed up on and fixed it for us right away. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

My grandson ordered a a set of tires from the store on 17th street in Ammon. When the tires came in, they called him and he drove down from Rexburg to have them put on his car. The tires were installed and his car was ready to go in 15 minutes. Every employee in the store was so polite and nice to explain how to get the most tread out of the tires. He has a fast little car, so we were worried about his tires. We had priced tires, but Big O beat all the other tire prices, and he needed pricey tires. The service was incredible and the manager was great to work with. We buy all our tires from Big O, and now our grand-children are buying their tires from Big O. What service and what a store. It is now our family tire store. I recommend this store to all my friends and family. I love them!
