Big O Tires

My tires were in really bad shape the guy that worked with me knew exactly what tires that I needed. He also helped me get financed. The tires I got are excellent. The process was very fast and efficient.

I was very specific about where wheel weights would hit or miss the big Brembo brakes. When I returned the weights were exactly where I told them it would not work. They were corrected but seriously PAY ATTENTION to the customer, he knows his car and your staff didn't listen! If done right first time you would get all AAAs but they did what they did.

Always friendly, knowledgeable and fair prices.

Arrived 15 minutes before quitting time with a flat. They worked me in and fixed the tire for free and I was out by 6:05.

My only complaint is that the store is always super busy no matter what time or day of the week I go. The wait time for a simple tire rotation is frustrating.

Brennan was extremely helpful. After I left noticed missing hubcap. Called and Brennan was quick to look and help get another ensure to replace missing one. Way to go guys.

I called later in the day to have some tires changed out from winter to regular tires. They were able to fit me in and have the job done within the hour before my big trip.
