Big O Tires

Two weeks ago we used them to mount, balance and alignment.

The customer service is really good. Staff communicates clearly to folks like me that don't understand vehicles. I appreciate that they don't push me to do anything but provide honest advice on maintenance and make it easy to understand.

I am always taken care of well at the Ammon Big O.

We only use this Big O tires because of how well the staff treat us.

The only negative is that they deflated my tire pressure from 41lbs to 32lbs. I have my tires filled to the max amount due to gas mileage. Yes, it rides stiffer, but its also better for when I put heavy loads in the back. Soft tires will have a blowout. So, now have to go back and get them to re-inflate tires to what I had them at. Otherwise, they do great work.

David Monica and the rest of the staff were very curtious and kind. They got on the job as quickly as possible and were very thorough. I have an account with this business because I do all my tire, oil, and other things here and only here.

I came in to have my tires rotated and balanced and they checked my battery as well. I had a coupon for the rotation and I truely appreciate the guys that helped me and will come back for other services I need for my vehicals.
