Easy, Efficient and Professional

You guys always do a good job? However the resent price rase and the non punch card on your oil changes has force me to look for a new place to get my oil changes!!

Have taken 3 vehicles to the Midas in Mundelein and always treated fairly, service was effective and fast. Highly pleased with outcomes.

Good price for oil change

The work they did on my truck at Midas in Mundelein on Rt 83 was horrible. Paid $700 on a new y pipe in 2015 and had to have a gasket replaced and guess what they did? They cut the y pipe because they were too lazy to take down the pip to change the gasket

Performed tire maintenance on leaking tire

Worst place to visit for car repair. Its a scam they run.I had a problem with my cars battery/alternator/starter. So i got my car towed there. They mentioned they did all the car charging system check and found alternator and battery both are dead. So i said go ahead and replace it. When i asked for written test results the store employee didnt have it and he started being rude. The truth is they did not do any test and just said that i have to replace it. They quoted $800 which is way high.

They are very professional. The work quality was pretty good.

Everything went well and I never had any problems, I am just satisfied with my visit and will recommend to my family and friends about Midas.

I would not recommend this Midas in Long grove to anyone, I went in for a resonator replacement, and they broke the pipe that held the converter in place, so I had to have the converter replaced that I think I should not have had to pay for, plus something that they said they fixed but didn't

The process was easy and quick.

Fair price. Good service. When something went wrong they help fix it. Sometimes things go wrong it's how you fix them that matters.
