Not sure I was shown my tire. Did not have a nail in the place where they showed me when I went and had it checked at Sears. New tires were put on the back of my car and went to another place to have air put in my front tires a month later and they tell me my tires need to be rotated. ?????? Think I may have been duped?

Not very professional asked for tire rotation they came back and told me they rotated all but one. Couldn?t get one wheel off. What shop does that???It?s just lazy to me and oil changes come with windshield wiper blade fluid topped off they didn?t do that

On 3/29/22 I had an oil change in Mundelein IL. I tried to submit a coupon from Midas that said: 29.95 for synthetic blend 29.95 or full synthetic oil change for 59.99. The man behind the counter told me that it was also for a tire rotation which I didn?t have. When I got home I looked at the coupon and it never mentioned a tire rotation. I foolishly believed this man. I will not use this Midas again because they cannot be trusted.

The guy is very rude. He overcharged me for the break and battery service and he didn't even owner the coupon they published on their website. I will never go again there.

Quick and efficient

I was there a few months ago for them to put my new headlights. They couldn?t help me because there was some damage they couldn?t fix. I totally understood but before they checked my card I asked them politely if they could PLEASE be careful when they open
