The staff at Midas always does there best to help me get the good prices and get me back in my vehicle as soon as possible.

The man at the front counter was very personable, friendly, and clearly communicated the service. He also did not try to upsell which I find highly annoying and which is not a great way to build trust. Providing the service asked for at a reasonable price, communicating respectfully, and being timely are all great ways to build trust which he and the mechanic did.

The workers are courteous and helpful. The work was done in a timely manner. Thank you.

The ease and timing of the of the entire appointment was very good and the manager was friendly and very knowledgeable. I was concerned about possible strut issues and they inspected the car and determined it needed ball joints. Made another appointment for that work.
