"This location closes at 3 and they stayed late to work on my car because I needed new breaks an oil change and new shock absorbers. They are truly all about customer service, told me what I needed and didn?t try to sell me anything more than what I needed."

Richard, the branch manager was very professional and friendly. I went in for several problems and after the inspection he explained everything in details and gave me the timeline of fixing the car.

Overall outstanding customer service I received from both Wil and Richard at the La Mesa shop in San Diego. They made me feel very comfortable with no pressure and explains the issue very clearly and what it would take to get the work completed. Thank you I will be back with my other vehicles.
