I use to only use Les swade but I don't think I can ever go back to them because big-o is so much more honest and faster than those other guys..... And they are so much better priced than those other places.... Sorry I'm so blunt but it's the truth...

I had a tire with a screw in it. The screw was removed and the tire was inspected for continued safe use. Also the other 3 tires on the vehicle were inspected.

It's great that the new tires give me extra driving security!

I was struggling to bring in 2 camp trailer tires in for repair and replacement. I only got about 5 feet from my truck when 2 employees hurried out and helped me out. They were so kind! They also loaded them when they were finished. I really appreciated the extra mile.

Tire brand/model I wanted was not available in-store, but they had it by early next morning. Wait time for tire installation was minimal. George and Stephanie strive to “do it right the first time” !

Went in for tire rotation. They were prompt and honest about the mileage left on my tires as well as the status of my tire prorate for when I need new ones.
