I had a screw in my tire which I had purchased earlier this year (from elsewhere), I was worried I’d have to buy a new one. But these guys were able to patch up the tire good as new.

I use to only use Les swade but I don't think I can ever go back to them because big-o is so much more honest and faster than those other guys..... And they are so much better priced than those other places.... Sorry I'm so blunt but it's the truth...

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO BIG O TIRES FOR APPROX .40 YEARSI HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE YET IT IS ALWAYS A PLEASURE DOING BUSINESS WITH GEORGEAND STEPH.

I have bought every tire that I purchased for at least 7 vehicles since 1978. I have always received excellent service. My tires have been serviced, repaired, rotated, checked and never by a grouchy person. I recently had my car checked for a broken thermostat gage while out of town. The service person told me that I needed brake pads on my rear wheels. I brought it to BIG-O and they were checked and I was told that they were fine. I needed new all-weather tires so I bought them and my car rides very smooth now. I trust the Staff of Big O as if I don't need something, they tell me and if I do need something, they tell me also.

I travel quite a bit and having my car serviced at Big O Tires gives me a peace of mind.

The technicians got on the job immediately after checking in.

Went in for tire rotation. They were prompt and honest about the mileage left on my tires as well as the status of my tire prorate for when I need new ones.

I had lost my spare in mountains, as I was searching for it I blew a sidewall. After walking out 8 miles I finally got ahold of Mike at idaho falls Yellowstone location He threw a tire on a wheel and had it ready for a buddy to pick up who brought it up to me as a loner till I got back in town, Life saver! I purchase all my tires at that location due to the excellent costumer service I receive.

They took care of me in a very quick and frendly way, Had tires rotated and then they found a tire with a bolt in it... fix it with no charge. Wow Old time service and good modern tires... How can you beat a combination like that.

I had a new tire leaking on my 2015 Dodge Challenger. The tire was ruined, the tire technition sold me a very good replacement and sent me down the road feeling a lot better

I had a tire with a screw in it. The screw was removed and the tire was inspected for continued safe use. Also the other 3 tires on the vehicle were inspected.

I brought my car in to have the brakes checked- so very glad I did!!

I was struggling to bring in 2 camp trailer tires in for repair and replacement. I only got about 5 feet from my truck when 2 employees hurried out and helped me out. They were so kind! They also loaded them when they were finished. I really appreciated the extra mile.
