I always get a great tire at a great price. I've always purchased my tires from Big-O. Personnel are friendly and informative.

A local family-owned business.I've had services done at other Idaho Falls tire stores and they are more expensive, slower, and not consistent in their quality.This time I had tires switched from stock wheels to aftermarket wheels with balancing and TPMS transfer.They gave me a discount because I brought the wheels/tires in loose.I got home, mounted the new wheels and everything is great!

I have gone to this Big 0 Tire for a long time and have always been impressed with the service.

One week ago, they got me in and out quick and lined me up for tires for my truck.

I had a screw in my tire which I had purchased earlier this year (from elsewhere), I was worried I’d have to buy a new one. But these guys were able to patch up the tire good as new.

I suspected a slow leak, possibly caused by an object that had penetrated the tire. All I heard from Big O was "We'll be happy to check it out." Turns out I had a nail in the tire. It was fixed at no charge and with no questions asked.

I have bought every tire that I purchased for at least 7 vehicles since 1978. I have always received excellent service. My tires have been serviced, repaired, rotated, checked and never by a grouchy person. I recently had my car checked for a broken thermostat gage while out of town. The service person told me that I needed brake pads on my rear wheels. I brought it to BIG-O and they were checked and I was told that they were fine. I needed new all-weather tires so I bought them and my car rides very smooth now. I trust the Staff of Big O as if I don't need something, they tell me and if I do need something, they tell me also.

I bought tires, had an alignment done at a great price.Service is excellent!

I thing that the Big O Tires on the Northgate Mile in Idaho Falls is the best run store I know and is also a very classy place. We have always loved the service there and always buy our tires from Big O.Recently we bought a new car that didn't have Big O tires.We got a flat tire, so we took it to Big O.They fixed it for free even though they didn't have to.Today, the same tire became flat again, so I took it back.They discovered another small leak and apologized for not catching it the first time.It was so nice just to hear someone say "Sorry about that."

To whom it may concern, In the daily rush of our busy lifestyles, recognizing good things good people do, are sometimes missed opportunities. I wanted to take a moment and express my sincere appreciation to many of your folks at the Northgate Mile store in Idaho Falls. My experiences with Big O have been somewhat limited, but based on the treatment I recently received, I now plan on doing my tire purchases at this location from now on. Your staff (most notably Tim) indeed went above and beyond what I would call non normal requests to ensure my needs and expectations were met. His patience with me, questions asked, and me changing my mind were always met with a "No problem" can do attitude, and for this I thank him, as well as you for his sense of pride to the customer. (Many times he would answer me on his day off and even offered to go in and quote me prices) I would be remiss if I did not let the others of your staff (of who I never got names) know how impressed I was with them as well. From the "alignment guy" to the "tire mount/dismount" team, the guy "building a new fixture" near the shocks wall, and to even you, George and Stephanie, for making me feel at home with our conversations regarding me climbing the Tetons (your canvas picture is awesome), and visiting with my wife and her dog Oakley. I no longer work in the retail sector (16+ years), but I do know great customer service and to be able to ensure the customer is always happy can be difficult at times. You have met my needs with an A+ rating, and for that I THANK YOU... My hats off to you and your great team for a job well done..

I had lost my spare in mountains, as I was searching for it I blew a sidewall. After walking out 8 miles I finally got ahold of Mike at idaho falls Yellowstone location He threw a tire on a wheel and had it ready for a buddy to pick up who brought it up to me as a loner till I got back in town, Life saver! I purchase all my tires at that location due to the excellent costumer service I receive.
