The communication was pretty clear and concise. The service provided was amazing and the pricing was decent. They also identified other issues that might be of concern in the future.

A local family-owned business.I've had services done at other Idaho Falls tire stores and they are more expensive, slower, and not consistent in their quality.This time I had tires switched from stock wheels to aftermarket wheels with balancing and TPMS transfer.They gave me a discount because I brought the wheels/tires in loose.I got home, mounted the new wheels and everything is great!

Efficiency and friendliness of crew, including the receptionist/billing clerk. Comfy seating while we wait and assortment of reading material. Coffee!

One week ago, they got me in and out quick and lined me up for tires for my truck.

The associates were very nice and helpful. The service was good timing, even though it was very busy.

I suspected a slow leak, possibly caused by an object that had penetrated the tire. All I heard from Big O was "We'll be happy to check it out." Turns out I had a nail in the tire. It was fixed at no charge and with no questions asked.

I walked in and looked around,they were extremely busy the place was packed with customers,they were highly attentive to everyone in their including me. I really appreciate that, I've been other places waited an hour to be helped only to be ignored.I left that establishment never to return.Big O 265 Northgate Mile Idaho Falls,Idaho GREAT JOB!!

I always get a great tire at a great price. I've always purchased my tires from Big-O. Personnel are friendly and informative.

I thing that the Big O Tires on the Northgate Mile in Idaho Falls is the best run store I know and is also a very classy place. We have always loved the service there and always buy our tires from Big O.Recently we bought a new car that didn't have Big O tires.We got a flat tire, so we took it to Big O.They fixed it for free even though they didn't have to.Today, the same tire became flat again, so I took it back.They discovered another small leak and apologized for not catching it the first time.It was so nice just to hear someone say "Sorry about that."

To whom it may concern, In the daily rush of our busy lifestyles, recognizing good things good people do, are sometimes missed opportunities. I wanted to take a moment and express my sincere appreciation to many of your folks at the Northgate Mile store in Idaho Falls. My experiences with Big O have been somewhat limited, but based on the treatment I recently received, I now plan on doing my tire purchases at this location from now on. Your staff (most notably Tim) indeed went above and beyond what I would call non normal requests to ensure my needs and expectations were met. His patience with me, questions asked, and me changing my mind were always met with a "No problem" can do attitude, and for this I thank him, as well as you for his sense of pride to the customer. (Many times he would answer me on his day off and even offered to go in and quote me prices) I would be remiss if I did not let the others of your staff (of who I never got names) know how impressed I was with them as well. From the "alignment guy" to the "tire mount/dismount" team, the guy "building a new fixture" near the shocks wall, and to even you, George and Stephanie, for making me feel at home with our conversations regarding me climbing the Tetons (your canvas picture is awesome), and visiting with my wife and her dog Oakley. I no longer work in the retail sector (16+ years), but I do know great customer service and to be able to ensure the customer is always happy can be difficult at times. You have met my needs with an A+ rating, and for that I THANK YOU... My hats off to you and your great team for a job well done..

I have gone to this Big 0 Tire for a long time and have always been impressed with the service.
