Big O Tires

Big O Tire has been our tire company for as long as we have lived in Idaho Falls. They have provided tires and brakes for all of the automobiles we owned over a 40 year period. We trust them and the work they do for us and will continue to itilize their excellent service.

Our last tire purchase was there and they serviced us to our satisfaction every time. I got in and got out even when they were slammed with walk ins and phone calls. Horribly busy snowy day.

The store on north gate mile should be the poster store for BIG O. George and his team are incredible. Everyone is so professional. What a feeling knowing that they have taken care of your tires and putting your vehicle back on the road safely.

Did a good job repairing a nail in my tire

My husband and I were there last week to get an estimate. They took him out and showed him what really was wrong.

The associates were very nice and helpful. The service was good timing, even though it was very busy.

I have been doing tire and brake business with Big O for decades, because they care about what they do.

I walked in and looked around,they were extremely busy the place was packed with customers,they were highly attentive to everyone in their including me.
