Overall excellent service and workmanship.One surprise though...was presented with a bill at the end that was 10% higher than the approved edtimate. Would have preferred knowing that during the process rather than surprised at the end.

Went for a synthetic oil change with a coupon for $50. Waiting area was tiny but clean. Everyone was polite and the work that was being done was explained. I paid an extra $20 for an air filter and $10 for an oil pan plug. Would I go again? Not sure. Ford
