Fairly new customer to this store; this visit was simply to repair a broken valve stem on a set of tires that were not purchased from Big O. I was treated like I was buying a complete set of tires and wheels...in & out in 20 minutes. This level of service is very rare now days!

I have never had a bad experience at this store or even marginal customer service. All the people here are fantastic, and they get you in and out quickly. Will never take my car anywhere else for tires.

I really am true to the owner, he’s been so good to me over the years. The “new” lady at the front seat didn’t even ask my name, she spoke to me as I walked in the door which was a little unnerving since I like to think no one knows who I am, but she knew. She always knows. She’s outstanding! She must’ve got my info from my phone call to see if there was an opening. It’s unnerving how with it she is! Give her a raise! Seriously I like coming here. Great place!

I had new tires put on my truck about 3 weeks ago. I just got a check in the mail - "Marco" at Ken's Big o in Meridian discovered I had overpaid and sent me the difference!

Tim & Toni clearly communicate what needs to be done and the price. Always keeping me updated on the progress.

After extensive research in price, product and service I decided on Big O. partly due to the competitive pricing and in part due to the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff. I ordered my wheels and they arrived on time(actually a day sooner than predicted) and my install was scheduled the next morning. The tires and wheels were installed very quickly but when I arrived I was unsure of the look of the tire. Now, I explained to Tim, the extremely helpful individual that I ordered the wheels with, what I wanted in a tire and he delivered exactly what I explained to him. The wheels looked great but I was unsure of the tire. Even though it was what I told him i wanted, Tim suggested a different tire, drove to a different location to get them, and installed them on the new wheels within 2 hours...I couldn't be more happy with the choice and the customer service I received made me a customer for life!!!! Thank you Tim and crew!! Truck looks GREAT!!
