Big O Tires

my husband and i always go to tim on fairview for all services. i bought tires for both cars and they are awsome as always. 3/12/16

They were able to assist me in finding the set of tires that most likely fit what I needed them for. I was very satisfied with the price that I was offered for a set of 4 tires. I also was able to get a little discount that helped me tremendously. It also took less than 30 minutes to complete the tire change witch I was very happy about as well.

My wife and I are always pleaded with the service we receive from Big -O. Great people!

will only go back to these guys for all my car needs, helpful, fast, Perfectional and went the extra mile to get all my needs met

Big-O Fairview (Tim Sawin) has been my go to location for over 30 years. Since Tim took over the service improved even more. The Service is top notch, and for repeat customers, they always know you and respond with warmth and friendliness. Observing Tim with walk-in new clients, he makes them very comfortable immediately, and takes their problems on as his responsibility. Our extended family uses this location only.

They were fast and very efficient. Was in and out of there with very little wait time.

They were kind and helpful, working as a team to make sure everyone is taken care of quickly. I came in for my regular tire rotation early afternoon on Friday and it was done so quick I was surprised. I was up at the counter for only a moment before being addressed and helped. The whole process was quick and painless I was in and out in less then 30 minutes, maybe even 20. Keep in mind it's first come first serve, but they don't just sit around there, they're always hoppin'.

They are always, friendly, professional! They make having your vehicle serviced not such a dreaded experience. I would recommend them to other people, and have many, many times.

When the correct tires did not arrive, the staff explained clearly how we should proceed. Also, I anticipated needing only two tires. An examination showed I needed four tires. Lastly, two hexagonal caps for nitrogen fill tires were removed; plastic caps were substituted. When I complained, the staff procured new hexagonal caps. The staff honored the warranty on two tires that were worn prematurely. In other words, we had multiple issues to work through. Everything was well explained and dealt with. Excellent! Thank you!

I've purchased tires from this Big O for the last 20yrs. They ha e always taken care of me and many others. Every customer is treated with respect, and a smile. Again I will not go anywhere else!

We always get our tires from Tim at Big O on Fairview in Boise ID. We just purchased a used Nissan Maxima. It needed new struts, the brakes checked, and had a tire that kept losing air. Tim got us right in checked out the tires, gave us a used one for the one that kept going flat, replaced the struts, and fixed the brakes as who ever had put them on did them wrong. He had quoted us a great price and came in exactly right. We plan to by a new set of tires this fall.
