They were very fast and friendly. They went out of their way when I had to purchase new tires and got me the price and quality I needed.

I did some research for the tires I wanted and gave a call to the local Big O and they were out of stock. They got them ordered from Portland Oregon and were in town within a few days. They called and told me their in and so I came down and got them out on. I run a landscaping business here in Boise Idaho and have to have good, quality, strong tires to do the job needed. Also good for snow.

Whenever I have a specific problem I go to Big O'Tires. They take care of it and are very professional and courteous.

CHECK ENGINE LIGHT PROBLEMS. MOST WERE SOLVED, BUT LIGHT STILL APPEARS (COMES AND GOES) TIM AND TECH WORKED HARD TO FIND ALL PROBLEMS, BUT WILL NEED TO BE TAKEN TO A DEALER TO FINSIH.

I bought a used car only to find wrong wheels and rims imagine that! Well anyway they have helped me as I am disabled and the chrome rims were flaking around breaking bead and tire would deflate very slowly but I brought the car after hours and they fixed then the second tire then the third and finally the fourth tired which was the final straw for me. However Tim hung in there with and I am now putting 2000 dollars of tires and rims, i have left that worthless Less Scwabb for good and is unlawful ways. THANKS TIM

Great service, every time. They have Incredible customer service, and they do incredible work on our vehicles. And I couldn't tell you how helpful it is that they communicate with us and give us updates every step of the way. .

Steve and Toni were very professional, honest and friendly. When the tires I ordered did not show up in time they put another set on so I could make my trip. When they did show up he lent me his personal truck while the correct tires were installed. No extra charge. I recommend this store to everyone I know but most of my friends already knew about them when I told them. Customer service is hard to find these days but not at Steve and Toni's store!
