Always exceptional service and friendly staff that greet you before you come into there store.

I was met by an associate before I even entered the store. He showed me two options for new tires with price quotes for each. I chose the nicer option and they had the tires installed and the car ready to go within 20 minutes. It was an easy process and, after checking the tire price online, I am very satisfied with the value at Big O Tire. Not only that, I came back to Big O because on a previous visit, they had resealed a tire on my wife's car for free even though it wasn't even a tire that they had sold! I've been to Les Schwab before and felt like I paid more than I should have. I don't get that feeling at Big O, so I will be bringing all of my vehicles to the Big O store on Fairview Ave. in Boise.

Tim and his crew are amazing, any time I need anything to do with tires I go to them. I have always had a great experience with him and Big O. I would Highly recommend Tim and this Big O for any tire service, flat repair or new tires.

With only 15 minutes left in their work day they took my truck in for a battery test and a replacement of same.

Very easy experience. They were very fast at getting to my truck and I was on my way home in just about an hour. I'm going to bring the wife's car when it is ready for tires. Thanks!!

I had a flat tire on Christmas Eve around 1:30 pm. I called store they said they were closing a 2 pm, but after being towed I could put keys under bay door. I arrived after 2 pm and the owner was still there took my keys and information. They stated I needed 4 new tires so we purchased. They had my vehicle on Saturday at 10 am. Could not ask for better service!! Will be back and refer customers to you!!
