I can always count on the team at Big O to take care of me and my family. My Ford F-150 needed a new starter and the team was very efficient in completing the repair. They let me use a loaner car to complete my errands while they did the repair. So thankful we have trustworthy and reliable automotive repair team to keep us on the road! Highly recommend!

I called the store, inquiring if I needed an appointment. The associate said I did not, it was first come, first serve and they weren't busy at that time. Once I arrived, I spoke to the same associate, he had written down notes when we were on the phone, regarding tire size, make of car, etc. He had the notes there. I asked questions about my current tires, he showed me where and how they were wearing. He gave me options on two tire choices, explaining the difference between them. He actually told me that the lesser expensive of the two choices was the better tire, and explained that. I agreed to the purchase, and the new tires were put on while I waited. He was very knowledgeable, respectful and polite. I was impressed with the service that I received.

I had a small problem with my car - tail light out - I asked if they did that and was told ofcourse we can..Had it done in a short order and I was driving out the lot.Good job!!

Had a flat tire and they fixed it within 30 minutes and I didn't have to pay anything. Would definitely recommend buying tires from them!
