Big O Tires

Big-o wanted me to spend $800 replacing both wheel bearing hubs on my car. I informed them it had only been 2 month since I replaced them. He stated he didn't see anything new...I watched the mechanic replace them. Took it back to me other mechanic, and he checked the bearings... solid as a rock. Checked the axel bolt, it was really loose. 10 seconds later the problem was resolved at no cost. Shady.

They had my snow tires changed over in under 15 minutes

I had to return two times to have my left front tire repaired. The first time was because they didn't clean the rims good enough, and the second they said it was the valve stem,these were new tires and I didn't feel I should had to do this. I just hope I don't have to worry about it again. They were very good about taking care of it though.l

Went there to have a tire patched because I had a nail in it. James Yanskey told me they could't patch the tire and I would have to buy four new tires since my car was all wheel drive. Instead I went to the dealer and they patch the tire for free. Stay away from these scumbags!!!!!!

These guys get us in and get us quotes FAST. We are never stuck waiting on them, which is priceless.

Could not do the job but didn't tell me so I ended up with a flat tire the next morning. They could not get lug nuts off. I ended up fixing it myself.

As usual the tire rotation was done before I could read one article in an outdoor magazine they supplied.

I have done business with Tim, the manager, for years. He has never failed to do whatever I need for my cars. He is pleasant and sees that I get my car serviced in an affordable and professional manner.

Big o has always been fair. If there is a problem, they fix it.
