I rely on Big O for honesty - because (being honest) I am not qualified to judge what's going on with my car, but they certainly are. Their desk staff is always friendly and professional, and when I've called them, they've never said "we can see you tomorrow." It's always been "bring it on over - we'll take a look."

Tires were rotated yesterday and the 'ride' was much firmer. I was told to expect a 40 minute wait and it was an hour. I came prepared with technology, just in case I did have a wait. : )

Everyone is wonderful to work with. Calling in is never a hassle, someone always answers quickly. The staff really knows their stuff, and they answer questions clearly. I don't even think about going to any other tire dealer. Been coming here for 40 years and ALWAYS get the best possible service by friendly knowledgeable people.

I went in to have front brakes fixed because they were squeaking. They replaced the front pads, rotors, and did a brake fluid flush. The next day, the squeak was back. An inspection showed everything was fine, and the technician put something on to make it stop squeaking. After that wore off, the squeak came back. The technician then replaced the pads with new ones in hope that that would fix the issue. They still squeak consistently. As it's not a safety issue, I'm not worried about it. However, it is a minor annoyance and I probably won't be back.

Brought car in because thought it needed an alignment, and they found it didn't, and they showed me the readout and explained.
