Big O Tires

I had new, modern suspension/steering and brake parts put onto my classic car. The engine was out, so I trailered it to the Fairview Big O in Boise. The guys helped me unload it, then pushed it inside. They carried all the boxes of parts in, too. They kept in touch to give me updates, and even let me do some painting on the frame after the old parts were removed. The result was a very clean, modern job - but it was done the old fashioned way: with great customer service and above-and-beyond helpfulness. The crew at this store continues to impress me every time I go in there!

What can you say about Tim and his crew? Daughter in law calls says she had a blowout, had the rig towed to Big O late Tuesday night. Went in the next morning and was greeted with a Hello how can we help you. Tim took the time to price out 4 diff sets of tires and what we could hope to get out of each set. We agreed on a set and a price and asked also for an alignment. Called me back that afternoon and said was all done good to go and a few dollars under his estimate. Took the daughter-in-law in to pick up her car, Tim and James made her feel very comfortable explained everything to her warrant flat repair rotations and all. Hats off to the entire team Tim thank you very very much.

Fairly new customer to this store; this visit was simply to repair a broken valve stem on a set of tires that were not purchased from Big O. I was treated like I was buying a complete set of tires and wheels...in & out in 20 minutes. This level of service is very rare now days!

There is NO place else that I trust to take my car. When the check engine light came on I took my Mustang in and they quickly determined that the gas cap needed to be replaced. They are friendly, quick, and amazing. I take my car there for everything that I need. Their customer service is top notch and their work is always top quality.

I took my son's can in to have the brakes replaced as he already had new rotors and all the other parts, but we did not have the proper toolsto do the work and Tin was great to get us in and get them changed in no time with minimal cost. They work great and the shop saved us lots of time and energy.

I have never had a bad experience at this store or even marginal customer service. All the people here are fantastic, and they get you in and out quickly. Will never take my car anywhere else for tires.

I am so happy I have found the fairview Big O. Sent my 16 yo son in with a flat tire. Looked my name up in the computer and treated him like he had been going in there for years. He now knows where to go for help and will be telling all his friends also

I had new tires put on my truck about 3 weeks ago. I just got a check in the mail - "Marco" at Ken's Big o in Meridian discovered I had overpaid and sent me the difference!

Big O Tires saved me thousands of dollars. After all, I had friends insisting that I needed to buy an SUV awd or 4wd vehicle so that I could get up and down the mountain where I had bought a house. They claimed that I would never make it up the mountain with my front wheel drive car. However, last Fall, Big O Tires on Fairview Ave in Boise offered me a great deal for only 400 plus dollars by putting on brand new studded winter tires. These studded tires allowed me to get up the mountain even in the worst of conditions while I personally witnessed other people sliding into the ditch with their "4 wheel drive vehicles. This is because having good tires is the key to being able to drive on such rough terrain. However, Big O Tires also has great customer service. In the spring time when it was time to change out the studded tires to my all weather tires, I must say that they surprised me again and even went beyond the call of duty providing me with excellent customer service. First of all, when I entered the store, they had already looked up my license plate in the parking lot and were ready to greet me by name. I was completely surprised because I had not made an appointment. In addition, I feel that they went beyond the call of duty because they were able to fix more than just tires. I am happy to say that they were to able to adjust my front bumper that was falling off my front end as well as adjust my crooked front headlight. They even changed the oil in my car while they installed 4 new all weather tires. They did it quickly and efficiently and at an affordable price. I immediately agreed to have them do everything because I had already gone to other companies in town for the bumper and those other companies wanted to charge a lot more for adjusting the bumper & other extra items besides tires. So once again, Big O Tires saved me even more money on my Spring visit and I probably another 200 dollars. So, I can honestly say that Big O Tires are simply fantastic. Without question, they offer great customer service as well as being able to stay within a budget. In my case, they literally saved me thousands of dollars that I did not have because I knew that I could not afford an SUV to get to my house. I also learned that having great tires designed for special conditions are more important than having an SUV. I definitely trust Big O on Fairview Ave in Boise and I highly recommend them to anyone wanting honest and capable people to work on your car.

After extensive research in price, product and service I decided on Big O. partly due to the competitive pricing and in part due to the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff. I ordered my wheels and they arrived on time(actually a day sooner than predicted) and my install was scheduled the next morning. The tires and wheels were installed very quickly but when I arrived I was unsure of the look of the tire. Now, I explained to Tim, the extremely helpful individual that I ordered the wheels with, what I wanted in a tire and he delivered exactly what I explained to him. The wheels looked great but I was unsure of the tire. Even though it was what I told him i wanted, Tim suggested a different tire, drove to a different location to get them, and installed them on the new wheels within 2 hours...I couldn't be more happy with the choice and the customer service I received made me a customer for life!!!! Thank you Tim and crew!! Truck looks GREAT!!
