Every time I have gone to Big O for service they have been very professional and done the work in a timely manner. I recommend you to all my friends.

My wife and I were in a hurry to get the tires rotated on our Subaru. We brought it in and they had it finished before we could something on TV to watch. I don't know why people go anywhere else...

I took an old hot rod I'm working on in for some front end suspension, brake and steering work.The guy they put on the job was outstanding - he asked a lot of questions about what I wanted done, filled me in completely on the scope of his work, and I was allowed to inspect every step.They were very fair with the pricing, and I was more than pleased with the overall outcome.Finding someone who was knowledgeable about an old car, who did such neat, nice work, and who involved the customer at a high level was a real treat.But not really a surprise - every time I go the Fairview Big O Store, I get pretty much the same treatment.

I been a long time customer of big o. Icontinue to go tobig o because no matter how long I'am away when I enter the store they know who I'am or treat me like a long lost friend they haven't seen in long time.

I bought Big O tires for my vehicles back in the 1970s, and I found out that the product was a great value - I had light truck tires that outlasted other brands I had tried. When I found that Tim had the Fairview store in Boise, I knew right where I wanted to go for my tire needs. What I found didn't really surprise me, but it did impress me greatly. The crew at the Fairview Big O is like it's a family-run business, and all the customers are either family members or close friends. Everyone is greeted with a smile and a genuine welcoming feeling. Customers are treated with respect, and engaged in discussing options for services and products. Everything is explained and different price points vs. performance expectations are offered and made clear. I've never witnessed what I would call pressure sales - it's all about helping the customer get his or her needs met in the most comfortable manner possible. Tim and the team are so friendly and helpful that people are just instantly at ease. I've witnessed many people who are obviously repeat customers coming in, and in the majority of the cases, they are remembered by name. The great feeling one gets from doing business in a place like this store is rarer and rarer in today's world. Combined with a great selection of product and professional work ethics, it's a winning combination at the Fairview store that will keep my coming back for as long as I'm a driver!

We always get our tires from Tim at Big O on Fairview in Boise ID. We just purchased a used Nissan Maxima. It needed new struts, the brakes checked, and had a tire that kept losing air. Tim got us right in checked out the tires, gave us a used one for the one that kept going flat, replaced the struts, and fixed the brakes as who ever had put them on did them wrong. He had quoted us a great price and came in exactly right. We plan to by a new set of tires this fall.
