Big O Tires

The chevy dealership was goiing to rotate my tires for $14.95 because I had a coupon. Couldn't tell me how long I would have to wait but over an hour they said. You folks did it for no charge in about 20minutes. I will be back when I need to buy tires.

Was there with my truck last weekend, and happy with all the work done.

I can't think of another shop that can get you in, take care of your vehicle, and get you back on the road as efficiently as these guys. All while providing excellent service, every step of the way.

This is why I go to the Big O at Fairview and Cole.

I came home from our winter stay in Arizona to a low tire, it was my winter tires. Took my summer tires to Big O and they fixed the low tire that had a nail in it and then put on my summer tires. While I was there I had them change my oil, also. Fast, Friendly and Efficient. Great place to do business.

Excellent Service as always. I've been going to this Big O Tire for 7 almost 8 years. all enjoy myself always enjoy everybody that works there.

Even helped with my forgetfulness!( Forgot correct size lug nuts, but was lent a vehicle to get them)

Last week my left rear tire again indicated a slow leak. They immediately pulled my car into the bay and had located a screw buried in the dead center within less than 10 minutes. They showed me a special plug designed just for this type puncture so not only did they correct the problem quickly but took the time to give me assurance the "fix" was going to hold as long as I had this tire. Treats every one with the upmost of relaxed courtesy with a smile. Thirty years, always at the top of their game.

An absolutely incredible tire shop! We refer anyone to get their vehicles worked on by these guys. Perfect service, every time.

My new tires and alignment was completed in less time than I expected

I received great service when I used them to check out and (as it turned out) replace the battery in my car. I have absolute faith in their telling me to replace something unless it really needs replacing. My faith in them has been earned over many years of working with them.

I have been using this company for a few years now. I continue to use them because I trust that they will continue giving me good HONEST service. I have faith that Tim and the staff will never tell me that I need a part or service unless it is truly needed.

I have a charge account with these guys and I'm a regular customer. They treat me, and everyone else that comes to their shop, like family. I couldn't give a stronger recommendation.

Tim and his crew have always been great anytime I have had issues with a rig or needed tires. There are at least shops between my house and Tim's store, however; Big O always does a great job so I will continue to go to this group for all my car maintenance needs.
