Big O Tires

Every time I go there they get me right in and back out as quick as possible. Great to deal with.

I went into the shop to see about replacing the tires on my Titan truck. I talked with Tim and Toni. They made a recommendation for the a tire and gave a good explanation of why this tire would be the best. I went with their recommendation as I have done business with them for years and they always give me good advice. I trust them to know what they are talking about and not to try and sell me something that I don't need.

They offer solutions for different budgets and time constraints and they have a solid understanding of my tire use and needs. Several times I have been helped with minor issues free of charge. They were kind and helpful, working as a team to make sure everyone is taken care of quickly. I came in for my regular tire rotation early afternoon on Friday and it was done so quick I was surprised. I was up at the counter for only a moment before being addressed and helped. The whole process was quick and painless I was in and out in less then 30 minutes, maybe even 20. Keep in mind it's first come first serve, but they don't just sit around there, they're always hoppin'.
