I rely on Big O for honesty - because (being honest) I am not qualified to judge what's going on with my car, but they certainly are. Their desk staff is always friendly and professional, and when I've called them, they've never said "we can see you tomorrow." It's always been "bring it on over - we'll take a look."

I needed new wipers before I left Idaho for the summer and returned to California. When a VW person saw how dirty my car was and that I had two broken wrists, they offered to wash my car. Thank you!

Stopped bye Goodyear tire on Orchard with a scratching sound coming from my front driver side break, after they inspected it they quoted me almost $400 to repair, stopped by big O tires on Fairview to get a second opinion, after 20 minutes they came out and handed me my keys, "No charge"� the technician said, I was amazed and asked for an explanation, the technician explained that a spacer had came loose in my brakes and was making the scratching sound, replaced the spacer and tighten it up, Needless to say this will be my store for breaks and tires, A big thanks to you guys at big O tires and appreciate the honesty

The Fairview Ave Big-O store (and time as the reason) has been my go to store for tires and service for over thirty years. I couldn't find a more customer oriented service location in the valley. When my car needs something, and when it doesn't, Tim is the guy who will provide the real answers.

Everyone is wonderful to work with. Calling in is never a hassle, someone always answers quickly. The staff really knows their stuff, and they answer questions clearly. The work they provide for our vehicle is very good, at an honest and fair price, and the job is done quickly and efficiently. We are never left waiting. As always, a great experience.
