Great service! Service techs were knowledgable & they gave me a ride to get some lunch!

Chris in the office was really helpful. Malcom answered every question I had with ease and patience and he was who I also cashed out with, easy process. Made all the copies I needed. Tony who actually worked on my vehicle also answered me questions and concerns. Very knowledgeable young man and really knows what he’s doing. Time was amazing! They told how long it was going to take when I arrived there and they were on time. The lobby was the cleanest I ever seen in a auto place. Restroom too. Fresh hot coffee and water available. Over all greasiest experience I have ever had in a garage type business.

Explained everything clearly and understandable

knowing what Circumstances that my truck was in chris was vary straight forward with what needed to be done to get my truck working again. i was impressed when i told him that i couldn’t pay the grand total and i asked him if it was okay if i could do the others later or next time he understand it. so i told if i could fix the major problem first and he told that’s the best way just so i could get to work and do daily things.

Reminded me of next service

I was able to get all the services I was hoping for completed on the same day: oil change, brake check and vehicle inspection. The service technicians were friendly and knowledgeable.

I've taken our vehicles there and have been very happy with their service. Chris is honest about problems and a realist about the how soon service must be done in a timely manner. Also, getting an appointment there has never been a problem and when something happens unexpectedly, Chris will always try to get me in without an appointment.

I appreciate it how fast they took me in it was 12 noon pretty busy I had a flat so needed to be patch I though that I would have to come in the next day or be there all afternoon they took me in and we’re done in a hour very great experience

The MIDAS guys Bill and Cris and John are AWESOME. They fixed up my dodge truck when I was having a crazy brake problem no other shop could figure out. one wheel was locking up on me randomly and they figured it out. Never going anywhere else again!
