Chris Russell and his crew here at my local Midas have been doing a wonderful job for my fleet trucks with Allied security. Everything is always on point when it comes to service, scheduling, and ease of experience. I won't go no where else if I can help it.

The associate Jeremiah was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, understanding and accommodating. He was thorough and focused on getting our vehicle repaired and safe for us to drive home. He communicated everything clearly and gave us the information we needed to replace a tire wheel / rim on our car. The repair that could be done was done in excellent time, even though we were a drive up with no appointment. We drove home with the confidence that we were safe and were grateful for having gone to this shop and had such a good experience at a time that we were unsure if we’d get home , which is all the way on the other side of the island. Mahalo for all you did to get us home safely that day.

Great people with a friendly environment. Only thing that was off, was the fact they kept trying to push tires on me after I had already confirmed that I had an appointment elsewhere. I felt as if they did not believe me. But, overall great service in a timely fashion.
