The assistant is welcoming, experienced and knowledgeable. The owner is actively involved and ready to discuss any concerns or questions. I visited about a year ago because I thought I needed new tires (could not locate date of last installation). Owner carefully assessed the tires and felt none were needed. Later I found information indicating the tires were only a few years old. If he had said I needed new ones, I would very Likely have purchased them. I appreciate the honesty and positive involvement of an owner.
