The workers and my experience with the store was great. My only reason I will not go back is cause I didn’t feel safe where I had to park my car. There was homeless people smoking crack. The employees were use to it. It’s not safe for customers nor for the employees. Had a good experience with the store but not with the scary activity happening in the parking lot.

I like that my car gets inspected and recommendations are made. I also appreciate not feeling pressured to have work done on my vehicle.

ease of scheduling and the associate was nice and had a nice appearance and explained thing well to me. I got the impression he was doing strong work and was organized well with the different jobs the shop was doing that day. I felt well cared for.

Did a good job on oil change. I just don?t feel the did a full inspection like they claim. Had to take it in to have a squeak checked out not eaven a day later because it got worse

Always opens a little early and I am in and out with in an hour. Very quick and clean and chairs are comfy.

I went to have my rear breaks done and it took 4 hours for them to be done. The job they did was great but it took much longer than I was quoted. Luck I was there in my day off

Daniel was the admin with José the mechanic when I went in to the shop. There was practically no one else there. I kept interrupting Daniel for details about owning my kind of car–new to me. He never minded my questions and gave plenty of good advice. It lined up well because José also had experience with my vehicle (a later model). Besides performing the oil change, José had some very useful suggestions about why some of my oil might be disappearing.

"Good job, the quoted price on the phone the day before was less than the price when I got there, but the Mgr. on site, re- figured to get me as close as he could. It was still higher, butt I?m sure he did all he could. Thank you for the effort."

I walked in without and appointment toward the end of the work day. They got me in and replaced my battery before closing time.

The staff provided excellent customer service. They made sure I understood what they were doing to my car. They completed the job as promised on time. The staff was very knowledgeable and pleasant.

I have been to this location on numerous occasions. I have been treated well every time. In and out quickly.

Waited for over 45 minutes before my car was evaluated for brake pads replacement. Was totally shocked that I needed brake pads for the front and back. Don?t understand still why I was charged $129.99 TWICE for the front and brake pads. My nephew looked up
