It was done in a timely manner. The only thing wrong was the a/c was not working in this location. It was over 100 that day and it was very hot in the waiting area.

The Receptionist greeted me with respect & once everything was completed with my car, we had time to chat for a while. The technician answered my question regarding how bad the oil was before he took care of the oil change. In & out in a reasonable amount of time.

The entire staff was great. I had to get my air conditioner. When I got there they took the Car right back and started to work on it. I was there maybe 45 minute. Now my air conditioner works great. I was able to get seen the same day everywhere else. Wanted to schedule me anywhere from a week to 2 weeks out.
