Service management is highly competent and very interested in resolving any issue that may arise. One is left with the feeling that they want you to return.

Went in for a free estimate on exhaust install got the quote and an 1 1/2 got it done and was well done and would love to return.

Outside of the fact that the advertised price didn't include "shop equipment" or labor, it was still significantly cheaper than anyone in town. I tried to find out how much a 30,000 mile servicing would be and all I got was, "I can't tell you. We sight check and if it needs it we do it, though we don't service sealed transmissions. You'd just have to bring it in and we'll charge you what it costs." Not good business because I'll pay the hundreds to Subaru just to make sure it is done right and knowing exactly what it costs before I bring it in. Wish Midas would just set a price, read the manual, and do it instead. I'm sure it would be cheaper.

Just purchased new tires and had Midas do the alignment. Midas was ready to do the alignment after tires were installed. Whole process was fast and easy.

Fast service and good job

The intake employee was very friendly and upbeat. I think her name was Veronica maybe Victoria. Sorry unsure. She greeted me and explained everything. I showed her an online coupon and she said of course she could help with that. When I returned for my car she thanked me and was again pleasant. Rare today.

Midas was the only place I could find that works with Element and does welding work. I needed a section of exhaust pipe welded. Once I called they said I could bring the vehicle in, and once I dropped it off it only took a couple of hours for them to get approval and complete the work. The tech that called me with updates was incredibly friendly. Overall great experience.

A GOOD EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH!

The cost of the alignment was higher than other shops and it’s only good for 30 days. This should be a longer warranty period or a cheaper service.
