I walked in with an emergency—my car battery quit. The extremely pleasant salesman immediately tested my battery, found it was indeed kaput!, and went back inside to look up products. He explained my choices. We got the battery. As this battery needed ‘profess installation,’ the very helpful man told me where to go. He jump started my car. I guess the most astonishing part of this experience was how pleasant and helpful the salesman was. A very good experience.
