Went into just get front and back brakes pads replaced. So be told that I needed rotors and kit in front and back. Story was not consistent with the actual wear and tear on breaks. Trying to convince me that my brake pads were cracked. To busy trying to up

Highway 528 location-Went in for alignment and told I was after car on rack. Went across street to kill time. No call after an hour so returned to see another car on rack and my car in lot so assumed it was ready. They said they hadn't gotten to it. Asked

Happy they could accommodate a walk in… I had attempted to book an appointment online but did not receive a confirmation call.

"Don't believe the $99 price for brake pads! You must add $50 plus for installation for the front, for the rear it is $80 plus another $99. Then there are other charges like a shop supply fee. Almost anyone who does brakes can do a better cheaper job. O"

I appreciated that they worked with Discount Tires, located next door, to align my brand new tires immediately. I was able to get service late in the day.

Communication was excellent. That is extremely important to me. It was a larger job and I had several questions. They were handled professionally and friendly!
