Personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. I brought the vehicle in for oil change but requested the brakes be checked because the brake light had flicked on and off just before dropping off the vehicle. The technician called me, told me the problem and that I needed new pads and rotors, explained everything very clearly, told me the estimated cost, and asked for my authorization to proceed with the repair, which I gave. Called me when the vehicle was ready and explained the warrenty. Excellent service all around!

Last week I requested information for my car. While it was minor I need to hear back from Midas. My request was followed by a statement that I would hear back from Midas. I understand that this could take a couple of hours but it is now a week.

I called to schedule appointment when car would not start -- time for a new battery. I did not even have time to get a cup of coffee before car was being serviced. The coffee was still hot when the new battery was installed and car was ready to go. I paid (and took the coffee with me.)
