Service was good . Wish they would have lasted longer than the 33K we got from the previous time they did it.

It was very fast and convenient. My only suggestion is on my receipt it says that I have a "torn boot" which I wish was explained to me. No idea what that means

Oil change service was good. Would have been a better experience if they would have offered a discount on my next service.

This was my 3rd catalytic converter installed on the same side.

I had a Groupon for $59.99 for a complete Alignment. I'm a mechanic and an Alignment consists of tow in tow out adjustments and cast and camber adjustment. If my car needed cast and camber adjustments they wanted to charge me $45 per wheel. Outrageous !!!.

I found the desk person to be condescending and abrupt and I was told my tires did not need rotating because they measured the tread and there was no wear. When I questioned him about rotating to prevent wear I got a look and impatient response.

Scheduling was easy. Check in was fast and work was completed in a timely fashion.

Never got a real explanation why my breaks were so costly. The manager used the excuse that parts were going up. He was somewhat rude

For the second time I'm here asking for service that was done to my car. I had the transmission the engine and the suspension look at and worked at and I'm having trouble on the engine and transmission. It is time you guys own up to it!
