"Although there was no charge,,they waisted 5 hours of my day,,,the problem was the a/c heat vents! Took him 4 hours to start ,as he worked on refrigerant side!.. WRONG! No front girl ,she didn't show up today!..as my appointment WAS AT 8:00 AM ,NOT 11:00!!"
