The team at Big O was friendly and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't ask for. They also caught another problem and had me back in a few days later and fixed the issue. I appreciate the upfront service and not being give a run around to buy extra products and services I don't need.

I called the store, to check that your team had time to change out my summer tires to my winter tires, they informed me they had availability. I thanked the team for their assistance.
