Big O Tires

With winter approaching, I asked my long-time, highly trusted auto mechanic where to get tires for my 2015 Honda CR-V. Without hesitation, he said, Big O, downtown. Talk to Mick. Then I looked online for recommended tires with good winter traction. With a shortlist of options, I went to Big O. Mick was right there at the front desk. We had a brief conversation about my winter driving needs, and my top choice turned out to be exactly what he recommended. I had an appointment within three days. They offered an alignment check, which I believe should accompany any new tire purchase, and I was on my way in just under 2 hours. Very satisfying experience overall. Bravo, Big O!

I arrived at Big-O and talked to Chad. Explained that I needed new tires and what I wanted and he showed me exactly what I needed. They ordered the tires for the net day and they were installed that day. The front end required some alignment parts and I was glad to get those replaced at that time. Also a broken lug nut was replaced. I appreciate getting that work done there and save having problems on the road. Everything was done in a professional manner!

Service required - switch from snow tires to regular. Some of the above questions did not pertain to my needs. The survey needs a NA category. Service was prompt, courteous, and professional.

Keaton did an excellent job of explaining to me how to assess the remaining life on my tires so that I know how soon I need to replace them.

I have been going to Big O for several years. Mick and his crew are friendly and efficient. As a Realtor I get a couple flat tires a summer created by driving over nails in a new subdivisions. They gladly fix for free. The waiting room is not as nice as some of the dealerships but this is a tire store. Disappointed one can't make an appointment instead of first come first serve. However, I do understand why it is that way. There were probably several that made an appointment and never showed.

The staff at Big O is wonderful. They never try to sell me services that I do not need.
