Big O Tires

This Big-O Store always treats me very well, they are also very ethical and will not sell you something if you don't need it, or try and repair something that does not need the work.

I feel like they care and keep my old car running!

I appreciated being notified by text message that my car 's service work was done. I also appreciated the time taken by James, the service technician, to do a complete inspection for any fluid leaks, note what they found in my paperwork, where the leak was coming from, on my vehicle.

I've been a customer for several years now and the downtown location has got to be the best tire/customer service/friendliest place I've been to. I called the day before to make sure they had the tires I needed. Then I showed up on a saturday and they had my new tires on my care in 30 minutes!

I took my truck in to get the tires rotated. This is a small thing, but I was treated like I was one of the most important people in the store. I was given a comfortable place to wait and offered coffee, tea, or chocolate. And to top it off, the tire rotation was free. Can't beat that.

Mick runs the best tire shop I have ever had the privilege of frequenting. I will be a customer for life due to the great treatment I receive by Mick and his staff.

They checked my alignment after I hit a curb. Rotated the tires and checked the air pressure. No charge, as I had bought my tires there and the alignment was within specs.
