Big O Tires

I appreciate the prompt service at Big O and the excellent staff. I dropped my car off without an appointment and the team was able to service my car.

I was driving through Boise on a cross country trip and got a flat tire. I made an online appointment late Friday night for first thing Saturday morning, and was unsure if the repair was going to throw the whole trip off. I received an email half an hour before they opened the next morning saying they could fit me in. I showed up right when they opened and after an hour of enjoying coffee and the newspaper in their waiting area, they sent me on my way with a good as new tire for less than $20. I was blown away by their speed, quality, and friendliness. If I lived nearby I would come here for all my tire needs.

I always bring my truck to Big O on Main Street and have never regretted it. The crew is polite, friendly, and always provides quick and quality service even when they are clearly busy. Jordan has helped me numerous times and has always been honest and extremely focused on providing the best service possible.

Amazing customer service and attention to detail. I was treated exceptional from start to finish at a very stressful time. Much appreciated. (Personally, I would have waived $30 service call fee, when what was thought to be a n offsite flat tire fix, generated an inhouse Sale of 4 new tires.)

fine service under very busy situations

I've been coming to this store for all my needs and typically the service is great. This time, I had an oil change done and asked to have the driver's side windshield wiper replaced with the less expensive blade. The other one was $19.95 and I think that is too much. When I returned, the $19.95 blade was on and they stuck me with it. I won't make that mistake again.

I had a screw get in my tire and had a slow leak and they fixed it and didn't charge me.

Stopped in because I was experincimg a noise in my rear brakes...they not only were able to diagnose it quickly, but got the brake repair done in a few hours.

The service is always good at this store. I am able to drop my car off and pick it up within a few hours, which works well with my schedule.

Everyone here knows me well enough that when I come in they know my vehicle. I have not had any issues with customer service here. They are all very freindly, knowledgeable, and honest. Honesty is important to me, I do not want to spend more than what is needed to get my vehicle running, and the people here are truthful. So much so, that I keep coming back.

I use Big O Tiresoften, and the service has always been excellent.

I typically like the service a big O tires. I have serviced both vehicles and have spent thousands of dollars at this location. However, after the last service one of my wheel covers was missing. I was told that it would be replaced and talked to a technician several times, but there was never any follow-through. I will not be using big O tires anymore, unless this is resolved.

I'm a long time customer and LOVE the service at Big O.
