They take great care of my car quickly and efficiently, provide clear and precise explanations of the problems and offer reliable resources when the problem needs to be addressed elsewhere. Whatever happens with my car, I go to the Big O Tires on Main Street in downtown Boise first.

The only thing was misjudging the time it took to do the work but that is service stuff so overall the experience was good.

Mick, Rob, and Louie are first class customer service experts. These guys routinely go ABOVE AND BEYOND, any customer service at any automotive facility (especially tires and related servicer) in Boise. They are just excellent!

The guys are always friendly & never have a problem airing up my tire. I have one that constantly needs refilled. This last visit they offered to check for a leak. I left my car & picked it up later. They said it just needed resealed. Sadly only 48 hours later my tire pressure alert went off again for the same tire. I think I'll have to shop for a replacement soon. Great store, friendly staff.

The tech that did the oil cooling housing seal change did not realize that the transmission cooling line was not part of the engin oil cooling system and drained about three quarts of trans fluid and did not put it back in until I returned with transmission problems. They fixed the error and all is well. No leaks. Thanks Big O!!!
