Big O Tires

Have you ever driven on one of those little "doughnut" tires? It's not fun. I dropped off my car at Big O the next morning on my way to work. No appointment, but that was no problem for these guys. They were kind and professional and had my regular tire patched and back on in no time.They even put the doughnut back in its little apartment in the trunk. All that service for $17 - that's awesome!

Each time I've come in I've dealt with Louie, who is extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Communication with Louie has been great and he has been very responsive to our needs. Thank you!

This is the second time I have been into your downtown shop in the past two weeks. First time I had the tires rotated on our Tucson. Next I had a flat repaired on my Powerstroke. The service was top notch both times and the employees were very personal and professional. John, thank you for taking such great care of my needs. I appreciate all that have helped me. What's not to like??? I am greeted at the door by Louie, my car is taken care right at the appointment time, updates are given to me, explanations are given clearly, and in less time than anticipated all the work is done! I have been coming here for many years because of this excellent service and the friendly staff.

I was treated with great respect and when my fob didn't the young gentleman took care me until my car was ready then wouldn't charge for the battery or fuze saying that they were going to take care of me. I wish I could remember his name. That's one of the reasons I go to Big O is because of the people and the service.

I was informed by phone, that all four of my winter snow tires, were now at the store. I had earlier that week, dropped off the wheels, to be mounted to these tires. When I arrived at the Boise, Idaho store, They had already mounted the winter tires onto the wheels I provided, and all they had to do now, was to take off my other set of wheels, tires and install the winter snow wheels, tires. I appreciated their honesty about the arrival of the last two snow tires to their store and for suggesting I bring in the snow wheels early, so they could save time with mounting the tires,

I always get good service at your store including the popcorn.

Went in with a four month old baby for tire balance and rotation. They were very aware of babyand took me in very quickly. Great personal touch

Enjoyed the service and the knowledge of the product of the tires that I purchased asked if they would look at my brakes and I never heard anything on the follow up on that. They did a really good job on check in my front in alignment really appreciate the service I received.
