Big O Tires

I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation, and Louie asked to keep the car longer and check the alignment (after a recent total overhaul of my suspension system)...and found an issue and fixed it.Since the car is headed out soon for a long road trip, I am grateful!

these folks are the best, I basically live out of my pick up truck, and i entrust my life to them. they shoot straight, offer options, and get it done promptly. the best. great tiers too. Tom

I came in with an issue with my F150Rob looked at history in computer, came up with a fix plan, explained it to me along with time expectation an then went to work, finishing on time and getting it right.Thanks Rob!

I've been a customer of this Big O since the early 1980s so my comments are a bit tainted. Why would I keep going back if the service didn't warrant. I wouldn't. I do and will continue to rely on Big O for all my tire service needs and I will continue to refer friends and family to this particular team.

I am never disappointed when I arrive at my Big O. The gentlemen are always friendly and welcome you with smiles. My main man is Jordan who looks out for me every time I'm there. I don't have to worry about a thing with him or Mick they take such good care of my car and me. I would recommend my Big O to everyone I know.

We had a blowout on I84 freeway.Big O tires was not only the cheapest to get us back on the road, but they were the most helpful as well.I couldn't be more happy with the customer service from Louie at the Main/15th store in Boise.He was helpful,compassionate,informative,and I would absolutely come back because of his service alone!!!!!Very happy

I've been coming to this shop for years, always get a fair deal and quality service. They also work with you on price if you show there's a big difference in cost on a part from another source. Keep in mind, they are always busy so get there early! Great business, definitely recommend.

I bought my tires three weeks ago then I took my car back to have my brakes done and an oil change. I asked for an alignment check done. Rob found that I really need to have work done which will save my brand new tires.

I bought my tires from a different Big O store, but brought my car here for convenience. They repaired my leak for no charge in about an hour. They were very busy and still fixed it quickly and were great to work with.

I personally recommend to anyone to go to this location you will no't be disappointed.

On our way from California, we had a major blowout on our SUV in the middle of nowhere.Our first sight seeing spot in Boise was this Big O Tires when I needed a reliable tire before the 2nd leg of trip...showed up almost near tears and shells hockey with a back that I had thrown out along the way.Mick was very helpful, compassionate and professional and got us home to CA safely...that is all I could ask for.As I left I said I hope I don't have to see them again but in all honestly if I lived nearby that would be my go to spot all the time!!Thanks for getting my family home safe!
