Big O Tires

Louie is the manager at the Main & 15th Street in Boise, Id. He is the reason that my cards function well and last for years. He's been taking good care of my car and those of my two daughters as well. Everyone at our Big O is courteous, proficient, and excellent at what they do.

These days it's really hard to find someone to trust with your vehicle. I've been bringing my cars here for 10+ years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Mick is always there, and gives thorough attention to everything that goes on. I would highly recommend Big O 16th and Main to anyone!

I have been going to big o tires for all of my car needs for 10 years. They are honest and reasonable. If they can not fix it they refer me out. Nice to have car guys you can trust

I used them five days ago and am very thankful for being able to have my new used set of tires on already. They shouldget me through a few more seasons before I will have to switch them out.

I ordinarily never take the opportunity to respond to requests for feedback from businesses, but I was extremely impressed by the good work from the team at Big O last week. I have been driving my '94 Nissan King Cab since it was brand new and I was 15 years old. Needless to say, the truck holds some sentimental value in addition to being a good quality vehicle. For that reason, I was dazzled by the quality of the work the Big O technicians put into fixing it up. I drives just as beautifully as it did during the grunge era. Thanks, big time!

A few weeks ago I ordered high intensity headlamps for my truck from a local auto supply store thinking I could easily install them myself. Upon opening the hood I realized I wouldn't be able to do it. I went back to the parts store to return them and they recommended asking Big O to do the work. I asked "They'll do that if I don't buy the parts from them" and she said "they are great - try them". Well she was correct - they were experts about it - did the quick install while I waited - and the staff and technicians were friendly. I'll go back for everything now.

I dropped off my car after hours with a blown out tire. The key drop was conveniently located. I called and left a message asking them to replace the tire. They called back early the next morning to say they have the replacement and quoted me the price for repair. All was done quickly and professionally with friendly service.

Rob really let's you feel like Big O is there to take care of your needs. The attitude is tops in customer service. They will check things out for you and let you know what you should be concerned about. There is a feeling of trust you walk away with.

Appreciated the clerk finding tires within my budget without sacrificing quality.

I used them recently to align my tires and do some much needed servicing to my breaks.

I've dealt with Rob at the 15th St. Location in downtown Boise a few times now. He makes me feel like my business is important, he's very informative and explains all the numbers to me. His service and the work at that store is top notch, I'm a very happy customer. DON'T EVER LET ROB LEAVE!

People underestimate the value of a "relationship" with your tire / vehicle maintenance provider. As a consumer, there is real value in a team of folks working together to help make sure your needs are met. The folks at Big O on Main street epitomize the ideals of great service. The continually are working diligently to not only service my vehicles, but just being helpful. I can't recommend them enough.

Mick Alley gave me an honest assessment of my tires, and we replaced the old with new. Big-O bought the old tires, so that really helped. I had a small project I asked Mick to do which involved removal of two of the "D" rings on the bumpers. One required heating with a torch to get the job done. Mick did it with out question, did it right, and did not charge extra for this excellent customer service. The only place in the Valley I will go for such work. Thank you, Bill Clark.

Louie was very nice and personal and helped me with my application and answered all my questions about my alignment and he talked me into the midgrade option for tires instead of the cheapest... which was what i originally was going to do.. im very happy with the service and will definitely recommend this place to many especially this location!

This store is amazing they know me by name and always have a smile on their faces they are extremely friendly and honest. I will always go out of my way to go to this location and refer everyone to this location as they are that amazing.
