Big O Tires

I was shopping for Michilan Latitude for my wife's Vovlo. Costco was about $50 cheaper and they also give you instant rebate from Michilan. But, I don't trust Costco installers and the wait time can be long. So, I explained the whole deal and the manager made me a better deal by throwing in an $80 front end alignment. Service was really good and personable. I would rather do business there than the big box.

I needed a battery. I was told it would take up to 45 minutes to install. I noticed all 3 service bays were occupied so I presumed it would take longer. They pulled my vehicle to the front of the store with service completed in about 25 minutes!! "Under promise, over deliver" fits my situation. I will definitely consider Big-O for future service needs.

I brought my Eurovan in to switch over from summer to winter tires. I told them there's no hurry because I knew they were busy. By mid-afternoon my car was ready and they didn't charge me anything. So nice!

I had a screw in my tire and stopped by to see about it taken care of,either making an appointment after work that day or when they might have time. I was able to leave my car there and was given a ride by BIG O to work and they picked me up when it was done and took me back to pick up my care all for no charge for the repair and let me know about some other trouble with my car, which I knew about, but their quote to do the repair cost was so much less than another quote I received from another business and found out I did not need something that I was told by the other company said I needed. I have gone to this particular Big O for several years and after this I will continue. Their staff is so kind and helpful.

They rebuilt the suspension AND gave me a lesson in gear boxes vs rack and pinion steering.

I called in advance and talked to Louie. He took my order for a white spoke wheel and trailer tire that I needed to have for my trailer as I was leaving for out of town. I showed up in the afternoon and within 5 minutes the tire was loaded in my vehicle and I was on my way. The only thing I would say is that the employee that put the tire into the back of my carpeted Honda Pilot should have laid a BigO Tire bag down or slipped the new tire and wheel into one to keep from making my carpet dirty in the back of my Honda Pilot. I think this precaution will keep from having any customer complaints from others in the future.

I always get quick, friendly service. Every time I stop in for an oil change, the service is always the same.

I had a flat tire and brought my car to this Big O store. I explained that I'd purchased the tires at a Big O in Albuquerque but didn't have any paperwork to prove that. They fixed the flat immediately, for free, no questions asked. And they were extremely pleasant. Now that I live in Boise, this is going to be my tire store.

I have been a huge fan of Big O for years. I have never experienced better service. They bring such high energy and enthusiasm to their clients. I walk in and they roll out the red carpet, always on task, always making time for my vehicle work, and always keeping the price as quoted. Jordan Sipe went "above and beyond" in my opinion on this project. I had an appointment for front end work (which was done well), and the day I was scheduled to visit Big-O my starting battery was dead (I have a dual battery system in my Jeep JK, so got to Big-O in time). Jordan said the battery was not old and should have done better and he worked to have the battery replaced free of charge on warranty. The exact battery was not in stock, so that was additional work to get the correct battery delivered. The battery is a tight fit into the Jeep, so Jordan made sure that it was installed correctly. Mick, Kevin, and Rob were also very helpful that day. THANK YOU BIG-O!

I had my tire aired up several times & they're always happy to do it. Then they checked why it was going low & resealed it for a low cost. 2 days later it was low again & they took care of me again. Checked it out, saw I caught a small nail this time. Patched me up quick & off I went
